Simon is me.

Says is fictional, and nonfictional, creative writing.

I am a Medical Doctor, and Psychiatrist, however, my posts are not specific ‘Medical Advice’.

My lawyer made me put in that last sentence, to avoid any future ones.

Psych is short for many words that start with those 5 letters.

These words, are my areas, of expertise.

The ingredients are the combo of thoughts, feelings and behaviors; mixed with time, and dashes of circumstance.

All creating the recipe that you savor, as the next moment of your life.

And we will not dine forever.

Stuff is explained in the next paragraph.

I will post, to the best of my ability, original essays, poems and short stories that have either a general science or mental health slant.

Or are completely self indulgent.

My goal, is to teach you something with every post, and do it in a way that you find entertaining, relevant, and challenging.

My typical style of writing takes on a stream of consciousness quality at times.

Please let your eyes be the reigns of your soul, and you will be guided through the topography of my words.

I hope we discover novel places inside our minds.

Has anyone told you that you bare a remarkable resemblance to Gandhi? 😉

Anyone who loves Monty Python stuff is my kind of person! I loved when we lived in Canada and watched all the BBC programs and English/British humour is something which many Americans didn’t seem to “get.” We loved it, even crazy Benny Hill.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by my blog and sending me the link back to yours, particularly the topic we share on grief.
